M4 Hotspot

This device is available at the Sustainer membership level.

Released in April 2026, the M4 hotspot supports 5G/4G connectivity, Wi-Fi 7 speed capability, and up to 50 simultaneous wireless connections. It offers a 1 Gbps Ethernet port, USB-C port and 2 TS9 external antenna ports. The M4 can be operated with the battery, or without the battery while plugged into a conventional AC outlet.

Please note that max theoretical speeds reflect a device's capabilities under perfect laboratory conditions. Many variables, including terrain, hotspot placement, distance from tower, network congestion and other factors, may affect the speeds measured during conventional use.

Locating the IMEI

If you experience a problem, you may be asked for your IMEI. This is a globally unique number used to identify the device.

To find the IMEI, remove the case cover and the battery.

Alternately, the IMEI is listed on the device panel by choosing Menu > About > IMEI
